BOGODI provides:

  • Animal pedigree and digital identity system

  • User-generated content sharing

BOGODI is not:

  • A seller of animals or products

  • A broker or intermediary

  • A guarantor of product quality or seller claims

3. User Accounts

Users must create accounts to access certain features and are responsible for:

  • Accurate information

  • Password confidentiality

  • Restricting unauthorized access

BOGODI may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, illegal activities, or rule violations.

4. User-Generated Content

Users are fully responsible for content they upload, including:

  • Photos, videos, and posts

  • Pedigree information

  • Messages and listings

Content must not include:

  • Animal abuse or harmful behavior

  • False or misleading information

  • Illegal or copyrighted material without permission

  • Hate speech, harassment, or offensive content

  • Unauthorized advertising or spam

BOGODI may remove violating content.

5. Marketplace & Seller Liability

BOGODI does not:

  • Participate in transactions

  • Verify product or animal quality

  • Guarantee seller reliability

  • Handle payments, delivery, or disputes

All transactions are solely between users and sellers. Sellers must comply with laws and provide accurate information. BOGODI is not liable for seller actions or buyer-seller disputes.

6. Animal Pedigree System

  • All pedigree data is user-submitted

  • BOGODI does not verify breed authenticity

  • Users are responsible for information accuracy

7. Intellectual Property

All BOGODI content (logos, branding, design, text, graphics, pedigree system, documentation) is owned by BOGODI. Users may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

8. Use of User Data

Data collection and processing are governed by BOGODI’s Privacy Policy. Users consent to data practices by using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

BOGODI is not liable for:

  • Financial losses or disputes

  • Lost data

  • Service interruptions

  • Actions or content of other users or sellers

  • Inaccurate user-submitted information

Users assume full responsibility for platform interactions.

10. Competitions and Events

Participation is voluntary. BOGODI is not responsible for results, judging, disputes, or participant behavior.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

BOGODI may suspend or remove accounts for:

  • Terms violations

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

  • Illegal content or misrepresentation

Termination may occur with or without prior notice.

BOGODI may link to third-party websites. BOGODI is not responsible for external content, privacy practices, or terms. Users access links at their own risk.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Marketplace Rules & Seller Agreement

1. Nature of the Marketplace

BOGODI Marketplace is strictly a display platform. BOGODI is not a seller, broker, or mediator and does not handle payments or disputes.

2. Seller Registration & Requirements

Sellers must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain active, legal stores

  • Comply with local and international laws

  • Update availability, pricing, and documentation

BOGODI may restrict, suspend, or terminate stores.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Product/animal accuracy and quality

  • Health, condition, and welfare of animals

  • Pricing, shipping, refunds

  • Customer communication

  • Compliance with tax, business, and legal regulations

4. Prohibited Content & Sales

Sellers must not list:

  • Illegal or counterfeit products

  • Abused, sick, endangered, or trafficked animals

  • Misleading, fake, or graphic content

  • Unauthorized ads or spam

Violations may result in suspension, removal, or legal action.

5. Financial Responsibility

Currently, BOGODI does not charge commission or handle payments. Sellers are responsible for taxes and financial obligations.

6. Dispute Resolution

BOGODI does not mediate disputes; they must be resolved between buyer and seller or through local authorities.
